In addition to what others have posted above if you listen to the questions a tenant ask it will reveal things about them as well.

Roof jobs typically reveal rotten wood/etc that needs to be repaired after the shingles come off.  

The property is owned by Bank of America and has a fixer upper home in the front with a mobile home in the back of the property that has been rented for an unknown amount of time.Both a survey and title search have revealed that the mobile home is on the property and has been detitled and joined with the property.Has anyone has run into this type of scenario before and have any tips or advice to give?

Brokers will never send their 'fresh' stuff to someone unless they know they're an active buyer in that market.

@Alan Feldman That is what I initially assumed also but upon digging further he said he won't provide them because he doesn't want to reveal client information.
