new flooring, new roof, new light fixtures, new stove, refrigerator, new doors, fresh paint, What was the outcome?

At night, at least once a week .... people come and dump everything from garbage, to refrigerators, to couches around my dumpster area and sometimes in the carport. 

.)- Repaint the entire interior with white paint(along with some drywall repairs)- Remove and Replace appliances (Refrigerator, microwave, oven & dishwasher)- Replacing garage door opener, cleaning leaks, Fixing door trim & side vinyl etc.I am looking for good contractors for this project.

Each room comes with wifi, small refrigerator, a bed, dresser and medicine cabinet.

I bought a scratch n dent refrigerator locally - brand new still has all the blue tape securing everything and the plastic wrap, just a couple of dents.

Amazing how the refrigerator broke 3 days after their 30-day guarantee. 

His sister apparently flipped a switch or something on his refrigerator during his hospital visit and all his food spoiled.

She also was supposed to leave the washing machine, dryer and refrigerator but those items were gone.

As an aside last winter was so cold ALL the Ginger Ale cans we left in our operating refrigerator froze & burst & my (Lakehouse) neighbor who keeps the heat on low had his propane tank freeze regardless & that was a $1500 repair including basement copper lines that split.NOW if the property has a sump pump that's another problem.
