Home prices and recessions take some time to catch up.

I just found a post from 2016 asking if they should wait for a recession to buy their first piece of property.  

The great recession did not negatively effect most multifamily properties around the country.

Now is a great time to start getting familiar with the entire foreclosure process, as these are likely to increase in the ongoing recession.

Why is there a popular sentiment that the 2020 recession is just like 2008 where there will be a major housing correction?

Cash will be king in this recession.

Anything you can find to reduce expenses is 100% recession resistance.

With the amount of money the government is pumping into the economy, we might see stagflation instead of a depression or recession.

I remember what happened in the last recession, and while I feel real estate won't be impacted as hard nationally, I can only assume Vegas will be a different story, and bit hit much harder.So ya, that's my story.
