I am a newbie investor and working on a deal in Dallas area for Rehab, Rent and Hold.

I'm a newbie but a good one!

I am part of a local REIA that gives back to help newbies (and experienced) make the most of their RE investment.  

As a newbie, I have acquired three lovely City lots in a cozy little Colorado town close to the second largest lake here in the state with the closest sky resorts being just ninety minutes to Telluride and forty-five minutes to Durango.

No mortgage company will put a newbie on the street remote, far too much liability.

I'm seeking advice from seasoned short-term rental pros, especially those familiar with Locust Lake Village.Here are my burning questions:Property Management: I'm considering Evolve (10% fee) to help me out as a newbie.
