I've been using the same insurance agency for many years, but they recently changed the company name and staffing. 

I could arrange the meetings remotely but the main problem is that agents will for sure answer to either me or potential buyer with feedbacks like the following quoted ones are (i repeat again: those are assumed verbal feedbacks the RE agent or broker could say to me or to potential buyer - they would prevent the possibility of me coming in the middle of them): "I am not legally allowed to try to sell the RE for different price comparing to the price I clearly stated on our agency's website""There is no way I could mention your name to the potential buyer as owner of the RE if you are not.

These options are not all offered by every insurance company, or agency.

You'll still have to collect, but you can turn the judgment over to a collection agency. 

The 10 loan limit is for agency financing.  

I have an agent and loan officer, loan agency got me approved under the condition stating that I cant close on the residence until I return to my civilian job and show them the first paycheck as proof of employment. 

I am going to start a significant remodel of my house in Santa Monica and wanted to maximize all possible rebates, grants or energy rebates that are available for new roofs, windows, appliances, insulation, landscaping..ect.I have a basic list (local municipality and appliance rebates) but didn't know if there was anything that I was missing or didn't know about...possibly other agencies?

I have sat down with a few agencies so far, in an attempt to get my foot in the door, but my head is spinning with all of the conflicting info.

Jenny Stallings - Did the broker provide you a disclosure “Real Estate Agency Disclosure Form” by law he/she is required to disclose who he/she is representing. - Have you been given the disclosures (Sellers and Lead)?
