Just depends on how much capacity the base has for those folks and how inclined those short term personnel would be to want to live off base.

It very well could have been the people(individual agents) and something you can say part time or eager new agents are better, but if I'm not selling top of market stuff, I'm not very inclined to race to the top of the charts to find my agent. 

I would be inclined to replace the whole faucet and handles. 

If the PM is a company that you are not sure of then that might be another reason to go with option B.I would incline on option A if there are no red flags based on the above 3 points.

B) start fresh and if needed pursue our own eviction from a clean slateIf it was only the mother staying at the apartment I would probably be inclined to let her stay, but with the complication of the son staying, and some very unsavory company he appears to keep, we really want to regain possession of this unit and put our own tenant in place. 

We are more inclined towards getting a fha loan.

So I'd be inclined to go with a std full sized fridge.

I may still invest regardless but would certainly be way less inclined to put a lot of money into this deal.

If he's driving for dollars he can text me an address and I can give him a lot of info virtually immediately before he's done doing a walk around...A percentage would certainly be nice, though I know it takes kissing a lot of frogs before you find a prince, so to speak, so I'm inclined to ask for a per file price as well.
