We are looking at purchasing 1-2 more properties in the next few months, and I want to make sure I'm doing everything right from the beginning.I currently fully manage both rentals (bookings, customer relations, schedule cleaners, repairs, booking keeping, etc.) and the plan is for me to do so with any future properties. 

Our plan is to sell the note once it's performing and I would think that matching names on deed and note would make that a cleaner and higher valued sale (this is my opinion - so far haven't heard anyone confirm or correct this logic).

I have an awesome cleaner with a growing business, and I would like to help them optimize.

  - Build a good team consisting of your cleaner and handyman. 

Only thing I can think is we used every bed in a four bedroom rental, along with all three bathrooms, and the cleaner didn't like having to clean it all. 

Like i mentioned above, if i end up self managing which i want to but it scares me as i am planning to manage it remotely and having a good cleaner and handyman figures out 98%.

I do see a lot of dryer vents getting cleaned though, we actually had a client whos dryer caught on fire because the vent was clear, so crazy stuff does happen.I do have a couple of good dryer vent and duct cleaners. 

Most of us who manage remotely have a cleaner and handyman in the area who can handle a lot of these things.

Do we need our cleaners to complete W9 if they are independent contractors and prefer payment electronically via Venmo or Paypal?
