We are looking at purchasing 1-2 more properties in the next few months, and I want to make sure I'm doing everything right from the beginning.I currently fully manage both rentals (bookings, customer relations, schedule cleaners, repairs, booking keeping, etc.) and the plan is for me to do so with any future properties.

Our plan is to sell the note once it's performing and I would think that matching names on deed and note would make that a cleaner and higher valued sale (this is my opinion - so far haven't heard anyone confirm or correct this logic).

Only thing I can think is we used every bed in a four bedroom rental, along with all three bathrooms, and the cleaner didn't like having to clean it all.

I do see a lot of dryer vents getting cleaned though, we actually had a client whos dryer caught on fire because the vent was clear, so crazy stuff does happen.I do have a couple of good dryer vent and duct cleaners
