Just to give you some feedback Southern Maryland is a more suburban and rural area, which makes it different from the more urbanized parts of the state, like Moco, Baltimore or DC.

Would love to get on a call with some creative investors and wholesaler to gather some tips and pick your brains.

Any feedback/thoughts/advise would be helpful from investors in the area in regards to outlook, taxes, areas, etc.
