Only other real estate experience I have is buying a home with my wife 4 years ago(and the occasional seminar from StrongBrook, Yancy, etc).I'm working 3 part time jobs until I get things going as a Realtor and also starting to get things planned to invest in real estate to help supplement my income and set my family up for retirement.I'm looking forward to learning from the BP community & getting to know everyone. 

My longer term goal is to build up a number of cash-flow rentals, with an eye to being able to have it supplement or replace my main income within a decade.

If you are hoping to get some supplemental passive income you could look to invest alongside other investors in a partnership or syndication, to build long term wealth maybe look at rental properties, be actively investing to replace your 9-5 income maybe rehabbing or wholesaling.

I start school this fall to become an RN which will definitely help supplement my real estate venture.

you can call the credit agencies and provide them with the private note and cancelled checks and they will issue you a supplement adding it to your credit report.  

I have decided to go back to school to get an MBA in Finance, to learn more about finances in general and supplement my career choice, but I ultimately just want to build wealth and financial freedom.
