If I some body put on a blind fold and I drove them to Gillepsie or Lampasas county, then they took the blind fold off, they would know which county they were in.

I have handwritten letters before and, especially when the letters are wordy, it takes a good 5-10 mins per letter to write, fold, address, and stamp.

My question is two-fold:1 - I was hoping to receive some guidance in figuring out a "prudent" way of valuing a 5-10 unit property.
