So everybody is pointing the finger at the one kid who doesn't live there?

TD Bank and Wells Fargo each pointed the finger at each other as to who screwed up, and neither bank showed any concern for the (temporary) loss of our money.

Never once did I say I HAVE a program that does this now...So again thank you for not shooting me down or pointing fingers at me stating that Im scamming people or that I need more education.

They can find out if the claim is $100 for Dr. visit (unlikely if they have an attorney) or $500,000 because they lost some fingers.

(unless fire comes from my worn out finger tips, it can be personal to me but not addressed so to others, LOL)What you need is more knowledge so that you can bring more entrepreneurship to the table.

Yes, I agree ... do your internet research to educate yourself and if after never having lifted a finger to get any hands on experience you think you know enough to invest out of state, then you should do that.

IF any fire damage was to occur, they would probably point fingers to the 'negligent' tenant to avoid covering the damages.

Just cross my fingers that they will be ok going forward. 

Finger prints show up even from only slightly dirty hands, and the finish isn't difficult to scratch and then it is obvious when it has been.
