Looks like Paramount is under Federal investigation for having failed to make agreed payments. 

Required again as of 12/23/24 Appeals Court:"In light of a December 23, 2024, federal Court of Appeals decision, reporting companies, except as indicated below, are once again required to file beneficial ownership information with FinCEN.

He's going to try posting with a real estate agent for 90 days and see how that goes. 

This can be a sensitive topic, as many cohosts opt to not be licensed, and as some agents and PM's think the law requires a license for cohosting.

The owner did not want to use an agent.

Kaushik,Before you decide, contact your agent and find out  if, by excluding the roof coverage, you are also excluding ensuing damage.
