I’m based out of Lehi, Utah, and have always been fascinated by the potential of real estate to create opportunities and build wealth.After spending time learning about the industry and what it takes to succeed, I’m ready to dive in and start making deals happen!

Right now, I’m focused on building a strong foundation in real estate by expanding my network and learning strategies for sustainable growth.

Do we try to just buy a modest house through foreclosure or some other screamin' deal, house hack, then build up our portfolio from there?

Building small units in small counts is expensive development.  

There are so many great people and resources throughout BP that will be great to build a foundation and continue you learning.

If you have a building background, I would work with an architect and build some unique places that are stick built to hold the equity value better.

My goal, over the next five years, is to utilize real estate in lieu of my current hourly consulting income, by building a portfolio of rentals.  

Over the last several years I've been in a heavy cycle of acquiring and building rental portfolio, flipping, contracting, and being a realtor.
