In 2008 I sold that rental & the new owners were also going to toss the cherrywood for the NEW white shaker MDF crap.

The only issue is that the only way to do that is to have the landlord put a fence up (not going to happen) or to have the landlord ask them to put the dogs on leashes that are in the ground and have the leashes not be long enough to reach our side of the yard.I hate that my children don't want to (and shouldn't have to) play around dog crap when they are wanting to play outside in the backyard that I pay rent for... 

That may simply be because once you get big enough you can afford to hire out the crap you don't like to do.

Then 2 months ago I got hardcore reintroduced to Grant Cardone, and holy crap did this guy just bring my mindset of the possibilities in real estate to a completely different level.

By this time the floor is soaked and full of crap and I said the hell with it and broke out the garden hose .

Be fair to people don’t ask them for things you would do yourself but don’t put up with peoples crap.  

I don't expect all sunshine and rainbows, but we get enough of this evil landlord crap from the media and the public we don't need to be doing it to ourselves as well.
