I recently found myself struggling to even find a podcast to listen to, none sounded like anything that would serve me in my current state of mind, (out side of BP On the market, let's be honest that's the only reason i have any idea what's going on at a macro level with the economy at all, so anytime a new episode is out there its a listing immediately).

I wish I had more information, but when they all started saying "adios" and that they were struggling to get deals done, we quit sending loans that direction.

I have noticed Q3/Q4 strong but it's still competitive, many agents are struggling. 

It wasn’t until this past summer that it really clicked for me just how powerful the REI model can be, and so I’ve been reading, listening, consuming as much information as I can over the last few months, and I’m just ready to start making things happen.Anyway, I’m really looking forward to meeting more of the community, to continue learning and building relationships with as many of you as I can.

Should I replace carpet with hardwoods so that they are continuous throughout house? 

I've been able to curb a lot of this through large fines in my lease, but even having to pay $1,000 will not always dissuade my tenants from continuing that behavior. 3) IRRESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANTIf you're renting to students forget about ever getting them to admit to anything.
