Are they walking through homes with you and executing contracts or are they giving you a weekly hype/pep talk like a coach in a locker room in front of a group of people and then taking a percentage of your first 3 (or more) commissions?

I was part of a paid coaching program that was quite valuable in teaching me the syndication ropes.  

Figure out the strategy that is best for you, and THEN take a course or get a coach to help you with that.

I found an agent through a coaching network I'm a part of.

Other great podcasts that have helpful education include Wealth Without Wall Street, RETipster, and Coach Carson.

The first one can be the most challenging as you're building credibility and broker relationships - hard to go into it "brand new" but easier if you have a partner/coach that you can leverage their track record.

All of them are fantastic teachers and none of them are "gurus" trying to sell you expensive boot camps or personal coaching programs or any of the other inflated stuff out there in the REI industry.

One of the best ways to get involved in this arena is to hire a paid coach.
