lolOne that comes to mind is a house we had where the owners just had to save every single piece of reading material they ever had, newspapers and magazines stacked to the ceiling and apparently they had serious OCD becuse I swear there was literally about 500 bars of soap in the bathroom, looks like they got about 10uses out of each then just kept it and the cabinets were filled with stacks and stacks of new bars!

For example, in MA they have a group called REBA (Real Estate Bar Association) as a Qualified Intermediary for 1031 exchanges this was a perfect choice for us to join as an affiliate.
