When working with kitchens I always look to see if a wall can be opened up to create a pass through or bar stool counter top.

Short of anything else I guess I could just show up at the Trustee's Sale when the banks guy does it with incremental cashier's checks and hope there's no one else on the scene who wants it more.Thanks in advance guys and girls.all cash

Personally, I thought the first scene was the best though :)

For example, the expensive mable counter tops in the kitchen and bath, the decortive water fountain in the front yard, the new wet bar in the living room, etc.

lolOne that comes to mind is a house we had where the owners just had to save every single piece of reading material they ever had, newspapers and magazines stacked to the ceiling and apparently they had serious OCD becuse I swear there was literally about 500 bars of soap in the bathroom, looks like they got about 10uses out of each then just kept it and the cabinets were filled with stacks and stacks of new bars!

Learning is good, but you also need to get involved with the "behind the scenes" there is alot more too it than all of the step by step approaches.

For example, in MA they have a group called REBA (Real Estate Bar Association) as a Qualified Intermediary for 1031 exchanges this was a perfect choice for us to join as an affiliate.
