Scanning forum posts is sooooo annoying now, the powder blue is hard to read and with the "posted in" part the same color, it is hard to quickly scan the topics to see what is interesting.

The local utility here has annoyed me enough that I'm willing to spend to not give them the revenue, and the payback on those systems is pretty solid at this point (5 years with 25 year warranty).

You can but that would be absolute overkill and annoying to the tenant.

What I take issue with is upon him initially calling in he states "Whatever you have on in the background, could you cut it off because it's really annoying" I have Sesame Street playing in the background for my kids.

After almost 8 months of harmony I have my two tenants in the lower units not getting along.A very peaceful family in the unit that boarders the laundry room are complaining of late hour (After 11PM) laundry use by the other tenants and believe they are doing it to annoy them.So, I don't see a reason anyone should use laundry that late but I want to work on limiting access.What are my best options?

The amount of dust and fibers and just plain YUK that's being kicked into the air is annoying, particularly as I'm finding it in my fresh paint now and it's really pissing me off.  

This doesn't happen all the time but it can be annoying.
