I had to give your reasoning to one I am using as we speak.Given the choice between setting one up or spending energy being proactive about running things in a safe way, I say put energy into learning how not to be sued first, setting up entities second when starting out.

Both Coeur d'Alene and Silverwood (our big local amusement park) are 15 miles in either direction.My hesitancy is that the other Coeur d'Alene properties are gorgeous luxury homes or condos with granite countertops, spa tubs and fantastic views.

I am using Podio to do CRM, but as you may know, it is a blank slate that allows a million ways to do tracking.What I'm having trouble with are the following:1) Podio does not have a way to track duplicate imports by default.
