Qualitatively, that's a much healthier and less risky type of capital appreciation.Sadly, many US and Canadian investors, who are used to and even addicted to cheap debt (which is increasingly less cheap), abandon their idea of investing in Mexico when they learn that financing is either hard to get or more expensive.

We purchased our 1st rental property in Mid 2019 after signing up on this platform, became a bigger pockets podcast addicts (in a good way), attended some bigger pockets webinars, and listened to several audiobooks via audible.

I suppose they  can save you money in the long run if you are an addict by keeping you out of coffee shops.

It's an addiction!

I’ve been addicted to education and allergic to execution.

My friend and I have been addicted to bigger pockets for the last couple weeks and have recently started door knocking and handing out direct mail letters to potential sellers. 

I divorced my wife after 18 years of her being a drug addict and even though I got re-married I still love my ex-wife as much as the day I met her.
