You have a good inspector.The Al wiring needs to be replaced & I've seen a lot of it in Florida when we were buying down there & the arcing is a fire safety issue, (wish I still had the old pics I took).The 2 prong ungrounded outlets will all need to be replaced & rewired back to the respective panel(s) for each unit.

Call me old fashioned but I’d rather buy a cup of coffee and or dinner and talk, I respect people’s time that’s for sure.

Where are you investing, what type of properties are you buying and what made you invest in your respective area? 

These tenants tend to stay longer and respect your place. 

Personally, I would never Airbnb our entire house while gone.2 big reasons for thatFirst, the people that stay in your house when they are renting your a room (and not the whole house) tend to be a LOT more respectful than people that KNOW you aren't there.

I respectfully disagree with any implication that some money (single or a double) is better than no money (sitting on the bench).
