Also make sure to ask your contractor to provide a reference of someone who doesn't like him - they will obviously resist and you will have to assure them that we all have someone who doesn't like us, justified or not.

Of course I resisted the temptation and told them if they found one, I would buy it at 75% because I know I could have sold it at 80%.Now all I do is list and sell REOs for banks, but they are not letting them go for less than 70% around here, but rehabbers are scooping them up.

VGas heat = About $8.50 per 1,000,000 BTUs of HeatElectric Resistance heat = About $31.00 per 1,000,000 BTUs of heatHeat Pumps are a great option when gas is not available, but in philly gas is available.Heat pumps = About $9.50 per 1,000,000 BTUs, but the catch is it will only heat down to about 30 degrees outside then you need a electric furnace or gas furnace as a backup/ auxiliary heat.
