A duplex I own went from 425 to around 300 almost overnight; a month later it was 380 and then 400.

I don't think this will be overnight, and I think it was probably going to happen anyway as millennials take leadership roles in organizations, but the COVID-19 related restrictions may have accelerated that a bit.

Does the seller overnight me the loan docs and I'm then responsible for setting up an acct w/ a servicer, handing them the loan docs to board the loan and making sure they start collecting the mortgage payments?

My wife and I discussed this in great detail and we don't want to spend our current lives running this Airbnb right now, it's to much work and we'd rather buy a travel trailer again and go back to camping which is our love.
