Only if the coffee shop is in the lobby of a moving and storage service.Not to be offensive, but I would suggest you might have better success with property management.There are lots of people who can self manage, but I always say one of the things most property managers are great at vs most individual self managers is enforcing deadlines and collecting late fees.

I found a small self storage under a 100 units with a few small residental rentals as well as a few commercial rentals.I contacted owner with a yellow letter which I normally just pick up the phone.

Landlord rules are you install it as a permanent structure its mine (insulated and walled the garage) temporary it's yours (huge wall storage, which is too difficult to move he can keep lol)Would I be considered a dirty tenant I don't think so.
