There isn't a need to message through AirBNB at any point. well I dont see where they post their website on air bnb  and I dont have instra gram or know how that works. so to me they are quite anonymous..

Sure, there are going to be people who fail but if you truly try and make your best effort and do your own due diligence by evaluating these properties, inspection, ARV, etc. and really learning the strategy of both BRRR and turnkey fix and flip, it will work.You need to build a strong and trustworthy team on the ground.People nowadays quit the second something gets hard.

Sounds like you know the area quite well so you probably understand how I don’t want to end up looking back in a few years  and wish I held on longer.

I have listened to many podcasts, networked quite a bit, and read a ton of articles - but at this point I am just overwhelmed/lost with what is the best route to go down today with the way the market is to cash flow because there are so many creative ideas out there.

But I just realized today lenders may not lend to me if I do not have experience as a business since I only just opened an LLC but no business done as of yet.I'd say my goal in real estate is to generate at least 15k monthly cash flow to live more than comfortable and quit my job in the next 10 years (I am 36).
