One of our REIA members, also an attorney, went down to the state capital to grill a few state attorneys about how the government views wholesaling. 

& we get 4 dozen brown (Organic) eggs every couple of weeks from their chickens & their BBQ dishes are just amazing  :)

Did they grill you extensively on experience (i.e. would a couple of successful projects be adequate).....or are they more asset/repayment based on the qualifying as long as deal is 80/20? 

Is it a patio with a grill?

I can just her the wife, "honey let's have a party" OK, just put it on TV and invite the town over for a BBQ, just keep it under 10,000 people.

The kids all played well together, we had a bit of an early egg hunt, and the food was fantastic.I cooked up some of the fish we caught last year in Michigan, grilled a bunch of veggies including prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, delighted in corn pudding, and finished off with a plethora of desserts.And the company was great.

Why would a thief not take the much more expensive propane gas stainless steel BBQ unit next to the lawn chairs instead?

Downtown i'd describe as everything around Dinosaur BBQ.

I could do hours of "research" on the ol' interwebs, build pro-formas, but still end up thinking "yikes" driving through the neighborhood before I even reach the property.Just search for the best BBQ joint in the town and make a weekend trip out there to eat and drive by the place.

AT UNCC, the kids used to grill on the decks of their condos and big fires were COMMON.
