Check to see if reciprocity exists in the state(s) you’re considering getting licensed in.

Everything always goes back to its norm and rates will come down slightly to its more recent norm (5’s not 3’s) and prices will come back in line with income.

They seem like ambitious guys in their 30's and 40's who have flipped houses themselves and have worked in the finance market before starting FTF.

There's a very good chance the issue(s) you face have already been discussed and answered.Ask questions in the appropriate forum.

Interest rates in the mid 1980’s were 15% plenty of people who bought then and still own those properties probably aren’t talking about how high the interest was anymore.

In areas with a lot of market activity, there will be more comps to choose from but please remember that CMAs also include active listing, under contract and expired data (not just sold data).Connecting with an agent who specializes in your area(s) of interest could be helpful here.We use 3 platforms, including our local MLS, to run CMAs.

Of course, with any office that has 100's of agents, you'll also be surrounded by many who just hanging out at the office and that isn't the best environment.This experience helped me narrow my focus to only income-producing activities and led me to join a team.Cloud experience: From KW I went to exp where there is little to no culture but an online group of 10,000's of agents and a half dozen brokers to answer my questions.
