We have a great International airport, cruise ports nearby, theme parks, easy access to East and West coast beaches, awesome year round weather that is far less effected by hurricanes than any beach location and so much more.Virtually all STR's that are sold here come fully furnished and ready to go.

I create a Wordpress site but use a theme similar to OptimizePress or others, then I set the home page up to look just like a landing page.

For example; a man 65-80 years old, who has health issues, owns a rental house (absentee), lives out of state, and likes to eat spaghetti on Wed.

Going to my local REIA meeting, I believe it's this weds.

How we started was using part of our wedding gift to start.

I like the NEREIA in Chelmsford and Justin has been running a very good quarterly BP themed meetup in Woburn (Though it is onsite at a project of his in Reading in March).As for buying multifamily in the Boston area...

From all I have read from newbie "wholesalers" I seem to see a common theme; trying to do it with little to no work.
