But we are backed up by a large group of successful people who have done this for years, as well as an advisor that has been wonderful!

But we are only a handful properties and it’s completely doable to do your own tenant placement. 

However, I cannot speak to apartments, as this depends on the individual complex.Additionally, we are finding a small number of properties for sale where the seller is willing to contribute to the buyer's closing costs.

We are considering moving into our 1031 property and making it our primary residence. 

We aren't even implementing what we learned because we are too busy dealing with a personal issue and haven't been able to travel much for the last couple of years.

We are putting a project on the market. 

We are currently thinking about and researching student housing opportunities.

However, if you analyze what we have vs. what other states have there are numerous reasons why we are a great state to invest in.I hope all of that makes sense but feel free to ask anything additional. 

We are almost finished with a home in Colonial Beach, VA. 

Overall it did take a bit more cash than we wanted, but we are very happy with the result and may consider selling in a few years once rates cooperate with higher purchase prices.
