Also the distance between Breck and the Caribbean is kinda tough. 

Most people that are successfully flipping have a flipping business with either employees on staff or enough work lined up to keep a GC happy for 6 months to a year.Its a tough business to make money in when you are doing one project at a time from a distance. 

This has caused at least 3 major problems: 1) the market is now oversaturated with Airbnbs, 2) rental rates have come down bc of so much competition, 3) there's a dire shortage of workers available to service the huge increase in the # of Airbnbs.Wait times are often a month or longer for service providers.

I've already reached out to 85 Design but looking for more, preferably a company familiar with La Mesa since the city can be especially tough with permits, etc. 

I've tried to secure a second job, but the job market here is really tough and many of my friends have lost their jobs and been searching for up to a year in several different career fields (CO).

We were able to work with the sellers since they were going through tough times and wanted to get out of the house quickly.

It;s tough enough to get the trust of a buyer on your side with NO FEES.

I’m a very direct but also analytical person so i be sure to ask all the tough questions up front because i don’t like bad surprises.
