I'm an avid dog lover, but there is no doubt whatsoever if you pay attention to what you see and the statistics out there, pit bulls are generally dangerous.

Getting info about the property from the property management is like pulling teeth.  

(As opposed to anyone being able to go get any dog and have it "online certified" in less than 5 minutes without any formal training whatsoever).If they're going to legally require landlords to accept "therapy animals", they at least need to require formal training of said animal.Any and all input will be greatly appreciated and I hope we can come up with a plan to help improve this issue.

So I called the facility to try and find out some more info.She told me they have:5x55x1010x1510x20But she would not tell me how many of each or give me any sort of breakdown whatsoever of the mix.How do I get around this?

As easy as this sounds, it's not simple and usually like pulling teeth.

One of them being that if I had to let him go for any reason whatsoever (business downturn or other reason), it would directly effect my ability to collect rent.
