What were some difficulties you had on the way to success and how did you overcome them?

When stock market tanks the demand will curtail but people need housing rental or not....Austin has a lot going for the town as many technology firms are there.

I like section 8 because working with lower income housing means a difficulty in getting rents.  

I don't think the technology is there yet to get the same quality of homes that we have today.Maybe one day it could take over.

If there isn't a software related to it how would you suggest technology could solve it?

When I started in this business 19 years ago,( and there are plenty of folks on here who preceded me ) we didn't have access to the technology that has been able to disseminate the educational portion of this business, like it does today.

@Kendrick Smith with the technology nowadays it's pretty easy to invest out of state.
