I recently separated from the military and pursued a career as an Avionics Electrician, I love what I do but want my time back so I can spend it with my family.

Based on my own experience, when I found myself spending thousands on rentals for construction projects, I eventually bought a Bobcat and it paid off within two years.

It's for me and my kids really, but it has a history of being productive on Airbnb and isn't a huge spend vs. return.

it is very difficult - much more difficult than advertised, and more difficult now than it was a few years ago because of the increase in interest rates and the heightened competition for distressed deals.the issue is this: you're up against other investors and businesses spending tens and sometimes even hundreds of thousands of dollars a month on marketing. 

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies who spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

The time spent trying to generate attention to your site would probably be worth just spending the money to air bnb to avoid the headache but that's just my two cents.

I travel to the market spend a few days with them want to meet their crews and their family etc..
