I ended up placing those loans elsewhereBut lastly I find it humorous that some of the responses are ( Hey the rate was 6% or 7% that is highway robbery) these are obviously post from those who have short lives in RE investing.. 6 to 7% fixed non recourse financing historically is fabulous .
