Blue Ridge has been very slow this year according to a couple cleaners I’ve spoken to.

We found a great property manager, local cleaner and handyman.

Would be a lot cleaner if he just loaned you the money at 10% (or whatever you guys agree to) and then you pay that to him no matter what, and then you own the property and are responsible for everything that needs to be done with it.

You must find a great cleaner though....

Hi BPers,I'm in the processing of hiring my cleaner for my first property.

Our biggest concern is not really understanding the NOO STR regulations/permitting in the area and access to cleaners.

Management mostly has been done by me, but I am starting to get a cleaner. 

We are looking at purchasing 1-2 more properties in the next few months, and I want to make sure I'm doing everything right from the beginning.I currently fully manage both rentals (bookings, customer relations, schedule cleaners, repairs, booking keeping, etc.) and the plan is for me to do so with any future properties.
