We are looking for low maintenance (so primarily new construction or >2000 and well maintained/rennovated) single family homes.

My family and I have been investing in the Reno/Lake Tahoe area for years.

One of my clients recently just purchased a 3/1 single family house that will become a section 8 rental and they will be renting it out for $1550/mo which is well over the 1% rule.

I have the opportunity to help a family member be part of a joint venture with them putting the down payment down.

I lived in LA for a decade and we have many friends, family, clients and community members suffering and send our sincerest condolences to all of those experiencing and affected this tragedy. 

I am currently in the New Hampshire area looking to find some deals here and maybe dabble into Florida and Texas since i have family in both areas.

I agree with what Rick stated but believe he intended this for a single ADU in a single family zoned area.
