If gas was 2.50 a gallon and it cost $150 in fuel to get to where you want to go vs $5.00 a gallon and it costs $300, does a $150 keep you from going?

Hundreds of gallons of water in a few minutes, make sure that water goes where you want it to go - at least 10 feet away from your basement and then preferrably further downhill and away from the house.

I'm assuming this is a common 40-50 gallon residential electric water heater.
