Also have your realtor set you up, so you automatically get an email any time a listing comes up that fits your criteria...and check MLS regularly.Look to see who the listing agents are as some specialize in condos (or certain buildings) and they may be able to let you know when they are going to list a place and you can be the first one in. 

Sure terms matter, but I would imagine if you took a poll of bankable borrowers and asked why they work with particular alternative lenders they will all say the lender is knowledgeable which leads to practical underwriting and practical loan administration.

As such, you could try REIA and local meetups, but I imagine you likely won't get very far.

If have inquiry from Furnished Finder, I have an email ready to send them with next steps, usually with background check and information to send deposit, first months rent, etc. and once they agree, i'll send them the door codes.
