What is the best resources training or coaching available to raise  private capital?

Most of the clients I work with via personal financial coaching see themselves get a “raise” by controlling the outflow / expenses.

FWIW my 10 cents re LO/WLO;   There are great coaches/teachers on youtube of lease option and wholesale lease options:Joe McCall, Joe Bodeck, Joe Crump, John Jackson, all are great actually. 

This is because you took on debt in real estate and none in the stock market and the fact that real estate prices fluctuate less than stock market prices doesn't compensate for the additional risk arising from the debtEven though I'm a stock market investor coach, I consider myself neutral and invest both in real estate and the stock market.

His coaching is absolutely 100% (not a joke, no gimmicks) free and he changed my life. 

I would recommend getting into a coaching program or find  experienced investor that will allow you to work under them. 

Whereas I did make a little dig at the training/ coaching industry I feel it in order to make this statement.

He has a coaching program that is beaucoup bucks, but you can learn tons from all the free content he offers.You will learn that Phoenix is the epicenter of a lot of things real estate, including the most vigorous--and strangely collaborative--wholesaling big dogs.Another great guy on sourcing off market deals is Brent Daniels, founder of TTP, which stands for Talk To People, his philosophy on deal finding.

I learned about BP through my coaches & see how it can be a great asset with all the info/tools offered.

I also coached thousands of real estate agents and property managers across the world.
