Stay enthusiastic and drive forward with patience until the numbers make financial sense.

Conversely, when the credit markets are loose, and banks are enthusiastically lending money, seller financing has less appeal.Good luck!

Lastly when I worked in the casino Years ago, I learned that all the procedures came a a result of the casino losing money one way or another.

I have just started digging for my first home in Somerville, Arlington and Everett (there is a good chance there will be a casino in Everett or Revere).

I become a bigger pockets enthusiast after listening to the podcast and shortly there after almost buying every bigger pockets book available.

(not really enthusiastic about it, but I might have a one-time peculiar application for this) This is lower priority right now, more of a curiosity.
