In addition, the City of Cape Coral has updated codes and ordinances related to short-term rentals that are now available in a searchable database provided by Municode Corporation (3).Short-term rental limitations have been an issue in coastal communities in Florida, including Cape Coral, where investors can buy property and rent it out for short periods at high rents.

Then the community can give you some more constructive comments you can take away and set some realistic goals for yourself.

Hi BP community,I’m an out-of-state investor currently looking at a specific property in Kansas City, MO, in the Eastwood Hills East and Coachlight Square area (northwest of Raytown).

Developing a strong network of individuals who care about bettering themselves, their family, their communities and especially helping out anyone who wants to make more of themselves.
