Hey house hacking peeps, I wanted to share some of the biggest lessons I've learned so far with my wife and I's duplex house hack. 1) Finding the right property is VERY important for a house hack.

My wife and I live just outside of the Boston area and are thinking very strongly about renting out our primary residence and moving abroad.

I met my wife there too which is probably an important fact too.As for getting started, you have your act together which is a major starting point.
