Only so many times you can answer the same questions for no reason before getting annoyed by it. 

Fortunately, the amount money she scammed me for is a minor annoyance.  

While the neighbor himself still seems pretty annoying, I feel like I'm on the right track. 

They still insisted on coming over, but at this point I felt I was being harassed and/or annoyed as they already had made a physical visit and now had a photo they were requesting. 

I'm getting a little annoyed because I hate where I live (too far from city) and want to get this renovation started asap so I can move in and begin my year until I can rent it out. 

The popups are annoying, and the emails are even more annoying.

It’s just really far away from my way, so it annoys me.In other non real estate arenas, I have mutual funds both in and out of retirement funds and I don’t see anything to tweak there, I am satisfied with the performance of all of that.What I am finding is an itch to make something happen to turbo boost my household cash flow issue.

Things to think about: Liability - no background/credit checks --- long term tenant annoyance --- City of Fort Collins, Colorado - Government is currently talking about STR's and how they are going to handle them.

The third call, the guy wasn't really interested in selling, moreso annoyed with the postcards... naturally that was the one I picked up. 

@Bryan OttesonI was looking up the VA loan info and its quite annoying trying to read it when everything starts with "The Secretary...blah blah" but I did run into the second tier entitlement so I think I will start looking into that more.
