Real estate is my favourite addiction! 

My last inherited tenant before this one was a drug addict and a mess and we had to evict - and she tried suing us and brought her crazy on full display - it would have been funny if it wasn't so sad.

We call that limit a financial finish line, and everything over that limit we use on others, either through nonprofits serving people all over the world or by helping people directly.While that concept isn't something we came up with ourselves (many others have done the same), it turns out that when you give away money to help others, it starts to get addicting.

Be aware though it can be kind of addicting and I am on here reading more than I would like to admit.  

It’s behavior and I have found personally that using debt is similar to using an addictive drug.

It certainly feels like this can become addicting :-) Love the ADU hack btw.

I know immediately after I bought my first single family home, I was addicted.

I live in Long Island, NY, house hacked my current home so I got a taste of being a landlord and I became addicted.

It is primarily because of addiction and mental illness.  

Look at my avatar, I lift and box to deal with drug addicts that are causing me a problem.Would you loan them and set up some wireless security cameras that they and they only can monitor on their phone?
