It's hard to address the values because we don't know much about the accuracy of the values. 

The property owner information accuracy is very similar across both platforms and I've heard the same about Propstream.RedX and Mojo have dialers that many Realtors use and there is an up-charge for additional homeowner information.All platforms/software mentioned here are very similar in my opinion.

By combining these factors you can calculate with fair accuracy the expected sales revenue (gallons used/#gallons per wash = # washes * cost per wash = total sales).

I can tell you that for the last 15 years, I've been able to do so at 90%+ accuracy.  

As a HML myself, the biggest factor we focus on is accuracy of terms presented.  

In my humble opinion- laws are simple (unfortunately it is worded with a lot of complexities) only if we understand them with accuracy. 

I don't own STR so I can't speak to the accuracy of AirDNA, but your friend seems like a credible source. 

The inspectors do not know the codes, show up to inspections asking contractors to borrow tape measurers so that they can measuring for accuracy, and cannot agree with what the previous inspector has approved or stated previously.
