We have an excellent regional hospital - but children with severe injuries or issues are usually transported by air to Children's Hospital in Denver.

Fortunately we prevailed but I’m telling all my clients now that verbal from regional building and even their own permitting process is worth nothing.

To get an accurate answer to your specific region call up some property managers and ask for proposals for their services and as a apart of that have them supply a recommended unit mix based on your market.

Maine is a big state and the regions can vary quite significantly... not the least of which with regards to the real estate market.

We live in a coastal region, lackluster schooling system, low crime, but nothing too exciting and certainly crowded area. 

Price acceleration seems regional at this point and still accelerating, but interest rates are rising and corporate and national debt will feel some pain.

Regional's move a little faster and local tenants tend to move the fastest over 2 to 3 months.
