I would probably start with a conversation though and ask them to be more respectful.

I really don’t know her that well but she’s always been very respectful when she’s been here.

Not only would you have to subsidize this property for the foreseeable future, odds are (with all due respect of course and not to question your PM skills), you might expect the expense ratio to increase under your tenure in comparison.

I’m talking about anywhere in the point range of 1 to 3pts, bringing the rate down anywhere between 5.25% to 4.75% respectively (investment property mortgages).
