The management company charges for everything including $25.00 to change each light bulb, fees for hanging elevator walls with mats when tenants move etc.

Anyone have experience with Mark Kholer and Mat Sorenson? 

If you are a new investor that is cash strapped, then printing and doing your own mailing may make sense if you know how to get deals on postage and materials and have lots of time to spare. 

Not saying it hasn't been done but for you its even harder because you are cash strapped.
