I had to re-explain HOA rules and the "culture" of the neighborhood so tenants understood expectations.

I currently live in Meridian, but have lived in several spots; moved to Idaho in '93 as a kid to Marsing, which is a very small town on the Snake River about 45 minutes from downtown Boise (for my Idaho peeps you can imagine the culture shock moving as a 13-year-old from San Antonio, TX where I was born and raised to Marsing, ID!!)

We are the 3rd highest sought after city for renting since Covid began as renters begin to migrate to areas with lower rent costs in this work from home culture we are transforming into.
