Once a year, on Christmas day, when it's least likely to affect the public, one entrance is closed with a cable across it.  

Once you get a job, and every chance you get for a small windfall (birthday/christmas/sales bonus at work), put away some in each of those, and get yourself in to some starting basics...

I know I’ve heard in podcasts to give them gifts on Christmas and birthdays (not gift cards) but what are some other things I can do?

They always have drama in their lives, I did not want to kick them out for Christmas, then they said they wanted to move to Atlanta in spring, so I was okay to wait for that, then Covid19 hit, they got laid off, had to reduce rent, eviction memorandum was issues.

Was it since March (covid) or maybe Jan/Dec (Christmas and poor budgeting)?
